Refunds are only given if the user creates a support ticket or gets in contact with a member of staff within their warranty period, if they fail to do this a refund will not be given, In addition the user must complete all steps in our setup guide before applying for a refund. Refunds will only be given if a member of staff is either unable to fix the issue this customer is facing or determines the issue to not be down to the product i.e on our end.
